I just returned from a painting trip to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, where I painted with a group of artists for seven days.  What beautiful and diverse scenery - definitely one of my new favorite areas of the country!  After visiting Tahquamenon Falls (rhymes with phenomenon), we stopped here to paint, where the river flows into Lake Superior.  I know that I will be painting many more Michigan scenes.  Thank you for looking -
